Refund policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
That said, we’re happy to offer exchanges under the following circumstances:
Size or Color Exchanges
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours
Defective or Damaged Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it quickly
- Approved defect exchanges will be replaced at no additional cost
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale or discounted items
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or misuse
